Meeting Ginshu for the first time.

Trying to kill Ginshu so that the other ayakashi will like him, failing, learning that she's not the real himemiko, and her shooing him off before the other priestesses can hurt him.

Byakuroku fails at parenting #1: food.

Byakuroku muses that giving food to one's children is probably a parent's duty. He first tries to give a dead bird to Hiwa, who wonders if Byakuroku's encouraging cannibalism. Then he tries to give fruit to Tsuyukusa, who's a tree ayakashi. Then Byakuroku cries on the Master of the Forest because he fails. Finally, Hiwa wonders what tree ayakashi eat, anyway. Byakuroku tries watering Tsuyukusa in response. Hiwa is unimpressed.
